KYC requirement for Verification

At HighRoller, we prioritize your safety and security. That's why we have implemented Know Your Customer (KYC) standards, which help protect against fraudulent activities like corruption, money laundering, and terrorist financing.

To ensure compliance with KYC, we follow a series of steps:

  1. Verify the identity of customers,

  2. Comprehend the nature of customers' activities and ensure the legitimacy of their funds,

  3. Evaluate the potential risks of money laundering associated with customers.

Proof of ID

To prove your identity, you can provide us with a government-issued ID card, driving licence, or passport. If you choose to use your identity card or driving licence, please make sure to send us clear photos of both sides of the document. It's important to note that the documents must be valid and not expired, and all four corners of the document should be visible in the image you send. Please avoid sending scanned documents or screenshots, as we are unable to accept them.

Face verification

We kindly request a photo of you holding your ID document next to your face.

Proof of address

Please ensure that the document you submit is not older than 3 months and clearly displays the date of issuance. It's important that all four corners of the document are visible. Additionally, please make sure that your full name, address, date, and the issuer's logo are clearly visible on the document. The following documents are accepted for approval:

Bank document (a statement or another official letter sent to you)

You should be able to easily download a .PDF copy of your bank statement from your online bank. Just make sure to log in from the desktop site.

Utility bills (water, electricity, energy, TV, internet, and gas bills). Kindly note that mobile bills cannot be accepted.

Please note that we do not accept scanned documents. If it is an online bill, it must be in PDF format.

Credit Card

  • We require clear photos of the front and back of your credit card, in your name.

  • For security, please truncate the card number as follows: 1234 56XX XXXX 6789 on the front side.

  • Cover the same numbers on the back, including the 3-digit CVC code.

  • Ensure the card is signed.

Bank Statement

  • Please provide a PDF file from your online bank showing the name/logo of your bank, your bank account number, and your full name.

  • The image should not be cropped, and all details must be visible.

E-wallets

We aim to review all Documents Provided within 24 Hours from the moment they are submitted/provided. Once reviewed an email will be sent confirming that the documents have been reviewed accordingly.
