Adding and Removing Cards

Please note that the maximum number of cards you can have at once is three. If you already have three cards on file and wish to add a new one, you will need to remove one of the existing cards first. This is to ensure that our system can properly process your payments and avoid any potential issues.

Before that, you can add cards freely up to three, so feel free to update your payment methods as needed.

Occasionally, we may need to verify that a credit card on file is indeed yours. In this case, we will ask you to send us a picture of the front and back of the card, similar to the image below:

Please make sure that all four corners of the card are visible, the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card number are shown, the CVV code is hidden, and the card is signed. This is to ensure the security of your information and prevent any potential fraud.

If our chat agent requests this information from you, please confirm with them if it is necessary. If so, please provide the requested images to complete the verification process.

In some cases, you may no longer have the physical card in your possession or it may be a virtual card. In these situations, we may ask for alternative forms of verification, such as a bank statement showing deposits made to us, a proof of replacement of the card, or an official document stating that the card is no longer active.

If you are unable to download these documents from your bank, you can contact their support team and request them to provide the necessary information for you.
