Deposit Processing Time
Typically, card deposits are processed within a couple of minutes. However, with other methods such as Interac or Crypto deposits, it may take a bit longer for the funds to arrive in your account. If you have made a deposit and it has not appeared in your account within an appropriate time frame, please do not worry. There could be a number of reasons for the delay.
Failed or Delayed Deposits
If your deposit fails for any reason, the funds will be automatically reverted back to your payment account within 1-5 business days. This is a standard procedure for failed deposits and is done by our payment provider automatically. If the funds do not appear in your account within this time frame, please contact us immediately.
In order for us to investigate the issue further, we will require a copy of your bank statement. This will help us to identify the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. Please note that until the 5-day period elapses, we are unable to conduct any further investigation with the provider. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
