Typical withdrawal timeframe

If you have recently made a withdrawal from your account and the funds have not appeared in your bank account, there are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue.

First, it's important to note that once paid, typically withdrawals are reflected within 1-5 banking days. Before escalating your issue further, we advise you to wait for up to 5 banking days for the funds. This is because there may be delays in the banking system that are out of our control.

Delayed withdrawal

If the period of 5 banking days has passed after the confirmation of payment and you still have not received your funds, please contact us for further assistance. In order for us to investigate the issue with our payment provider, we will need you to provide a bank statement showing the transaction in question.

Please note that until the 5-day period elapses, we are unable to conduct any further investigation with the provider. This is to ensure that we have given the banking system enough time to process the transaction.

We understand that waiting for your funds can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the issue and get your funds to you as soon as possible.
