Change of Address

In order to update your new home address, you must submit these two documents:

A valid proof of address can be one of the following:

✅ Utility bill: gas, water, or electricity

✅ Bank document: bank statement or letter

✅ Insurance document: health, car, or house insurance bill

✅ Government document: tax or other type of letter

Please note that we will not accept the following documents:

❌ Internet bill

❌ Mobile bill

❌ Transactions list

❌ Receipt

❌ Payslip

It must contain the following:

➡️ Full name

➡️ Address

➡️ Date

➡️ Logo

We only accept the following formats:

✅ Original PDF document

✅ Image of paper document

We will not accept the following:

❌ Screenshots

❌ Cropped documents

❌ Edited documents

❌ Scanned documents
