Document Verification

Verification is an important step in the process of keeping an account with our casino. It helps us ensure the security of our platform and protects from fraud and identity theft.

When you sign up for an account, you may be prompted to provide the necessary documents for verification. These documents must be current and valid, and must match the information you provided during the sign-up process.

Below is some more information about the documents we require.

Any documents you upload there will be reviewed by our team in 24-48h, and we will let you know of their outcome via email.

A valid proof of identity can be one of the following:

✅ Government-issued ID card (both sides)

✅ Driving licence (both sides)

✅ Passport (both pages)

It must contain the following:

➡️ Birthdate

➡️ Picture

➡️ Expiry date

We will not accept the following:

❌ Screenshots

❌ Cropped documents

❌ Edited documents

❌ Scanned documents

❌ Expired documents

We kindly request a photo of you holding your ID document next to your face.

A valid proof of address can be one of the following:

✅ Utility bill: gas, water, or electricity

✅ Bank document: bank statement or letter

✅ Government document: tax or other type of letter

Please note that we will not accept the following documents:

❌ Internet bill

❌ Mobile bill

❌ Transactions list

❌ Receipt

❌ Payslip

It must contain the following:

➡️ Address

➡️ Date

➡️ Logo

We only accept the following formats:

✅ Original PDF document

✅ Image of paper document

We will not accept the following:

❌ Screenshots

❌ Cropped documents

❌ Edited documents

❌ Scanned documents

A valid Proof of Payment Method is usually the latest monthly bank statement or proof of bank account that must contain:

✅ Bank account number

✅ Full name

✅ Bank logo

✅ Date

Please note that we will not accept the following documents:

❌ Screenshots

❌ Transaction receipts

❌ Cropped documents

❌ Edited documents

❌ Scanned documents

We only accept the following formats:

✅ Original PDF document

✅ Image of paper document (must be signed and stamped by the bank on all pages)

If you deposited with a card, it is often sufficient to just send us a credit card like the image below!
